If you are looking for a builder that is honest, hard working, cares for his client, with the utter most quality in his work, then don't look any further!!!Thank Dear God and all the Dear Spirit we found Kirill from Raw Built, we could honestly not be happier!We have had issues with a leaking balcony for over 15 years, with tradesman after tradesman, builder after builder, guaranteeing they fixed the issue, only for us to have water pouring into our home, to the point where we replaced the plaster in our home 3 times!After our first interaction with Kirill, he was professional, polite, and honest. He provided a detailed quote and his price was definitely one to beat in the industry! His knowledge of the job and different requirements was amazing, and he was always willing to answer any questions we had throughout the job, either in person or over the phone in a very timely manner. If there were any delays, we were always advised in time with the reason, and provided updates regularly.Our job required many different tradesman, from tilers, plumbers, electricians, and more, and it was such a piece of mind to know Kirill was always checking each stage so we did not have any worries!His team were also a pleasure to deal with, always on time, hard working, and clean. At the end of each work day everything was tidy and ready for the next day.It's great to know there are still good honest hard working builders, that provide the best of quality workmanship, and truly care for their customer to have the result they are looking for.We would definitely recommend Raw Built!All the very best to Kirill, his family, and his team. As an interior designer finding a builder who respects my concepts and designs can be a challenge when it requires thinking outside the square, add being in a different state to the mix and it becomes even more difficult as most of the project was managed remotely. I asked my design community for recommendations for builders who work on the Gold Coast, Qld and who can work around the constraints of strata in an apartment block. Raw Built was recommended along with some other companies but the first time I spoke to Kirill I instantly knew he was the person for the project. From the word go, he was detailed, prompt and professional, nothing was too much trouble. As with all renovations there are challenges that arise once demolition starts, plumbing that should not be where you find it, needing to shut down entire sprinkler system for building to update to code in unit and the list goes on. Kirill and his team were not phased by any of these setbacks, advised myself and the client of the issues and went about addressing them. At all times Kirill was respectful of my design, did not try to change it to make the build easier for his team. At times they would send through a suggestion about another option as being on site the raw built team could see first hand opportunities that are not always obvious on plan. Sometimes we ran with them, others we didn't and again they respected these decisions. Despite being in another state we worked as a well oiled team and the attention to detail was second to none and the team worked as if they were working on their own home. I have even tried to get Kirill to move to Sydney as this is how good his workmanship and professional standing is. Kirill built a unique arch for our facade which required him to do some problem solving and pay attention to details. I was thoroughly impressed with his quality, responsiveness, flexibility and ultimately his ability to take great care and pride in the job. Would happily use him and recommend in future. We owe our immense gratitude to Kirill and his team for the renovations on our house. We renovated two bathrooms, the kitchen, and the laundry, and we replaced the entire floor. Their expert work far exceeded our expectations. We encountered a number of issues with the house including uneven flooring, termite damaged walls, and previous building work that was poorly done and challenging to remove. Kirill faced every single setback with professionalism and determination, putting in countless extra hours to get the project done without cutting corners.We lived on-site while the renovations were carried out and we had the pleasure of witnessing their work. Kirill is a true master crafter whose perfectionistic standards meant our house was treated with respect and no task was half-done. We’ve had many tradies come by our house since (e.g., painters, gardeners, etc.) and they all compliment us on our renovations.We have a wishlist of renovations and additions we’d like to build in the future and we wouldn’t consider going to anyone else.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Kirill and Raw Build construction. We had both of our bathrooms fully renovated by Raw Build construction and we are so happy with the result. Kirill and his team kept to their schedule, paid attention to detail, took care of the rest of the house and produced two beautiful bathrooms. All the trades people were very professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend using raw build construction for home renovations.

We are just blown away with our newly renovated ensuite!!!Kirill and his team did not waste a SECOND. We just brought home a newborn so we were very eager to find someone who would be quick but highly efficient… we clearly made the right decision in choosing Raw Built Construction!They were professional, punctual (to the minute), polite and extremely thorough. We really appreciate how considerate they were of our situation as well.
